This is the third time I've requested parts - mostly screws - for my scooter. The first time wasn't as great as I hoped; while I received the parts, there was no tutorial or how to install (this was for replacement tires) and the explanation I got was lackluster at best.
The second time was much better, as my request was fulfilled within the week and I received parts the next week. This was the same with the first time, despite the lack of helpful tutorials.
This time however left a late to be desired. I didn't hear anything for nearly two weeks before my order/request was addressed and despite paying for parts, I did not recieve at least one of the things i requested. Unfortunately, shortly after receiving my order, I hit a sidewalk hard, causing the breakage of two screws attached to the back shocks.
I literally just requested and provided images for what I need and was asked to provide images for what I needed. Also, there seems to be a preoccupation with the past that was missed last request over the things I need now. Not sure what's happening in customer support right now, but having more knowledgeable people is sorely lacking.
